They must be enterprising enough to present the investment solutions to people who want to achieve their financial goals. Candidates must be well versed in Excel, Powerpoint presentation and communications (both written as well as oral communication).
Required qualification is MBA (finance/Marketing). Having CFP is desirable but not compulsory.
