Customer complaint handling process, timelines and escalation matrix
We try to be proactive in resolving the issues even before any complaint lodged by the customers. Still there are occasions when our customers face issues regarding services, financial transactions and non-financial transactions. We encourage our customers to report the issues through email, whatsapp messages and phone calls.
This is the brief about how we handle the complaints in a timely manner.

- Once we get the complaint, we immediately acknowledge to the customer and assure that we will work on it immediately and hope to resolve it at the earliest.
- Our team then call and email the concerned Mutual Fund, KYC agency, NSENMF or any other party to whom this complaint is related.
- We also promptly inform the concerned relationship manager of the Mutual Fund to overlook the progress of the complaint.
- We keep on following up till the resolution of the complaint. In the meantime, we keep informing about the progress of the case to the affected customer.
